She is devoted to leading DEI workshops, by redefining culture wellness. Her spiritual approach transcends all that she does.
Annabel is differentiated by her story and the stunning clarity that she brings to the demands of everyday life, especially for people compromised by trauma. Her strength is in encouraging and empowering people in crisis by embracing the healing process.
