This special episode of Byrd Talk will feature Annabel Quintero as she opens up about her life being irrevocably altered on September 11th, 2001 when she narrowly escaped from the 46th floor of the World Trade Center’s Tower One during the deadliest terrorist attack on U.S. soil. Her best-selling book Step Step Jump, is a story of hope dedicated to helping others transform trauma to triumph.

As a Speaker Advocate coach for Lisa Nichols, she helps people with public speaking and helps them find their voice. As the founder of a personal development & collective wellness company. She is devoted to leading DEI workshops, by redefining culture wellness. Her spiritual approach transcends all that she does.
Annabel is differentiated by her story and the stunning clarity that she brings to the demands of everyday life, especially for people compromised by trauma. Her strength is in encouraging and empowering people in crisis by embracing the healing process.
Annabel is a September 11th survivor, and evolutionary monument to the fallen. A lifelong b-girl, model, advocate, speaker, best-selling author & coach.
